We provide all of our volunteers

The Armenian Volunteer Corps (AVC) is Armenia’s premier full-service internship and volunteer placement organization. If you are ready for a life-altering service experience, then AVC is for you!

With over 1,300 organizations

AVC works hard to individually customize the best possible match for each volunteer. This ensures that volunteers can make the greatest impact – both on the community and on themselves.

AVC provides full-support

AVC and Birthright Armenia have a joint office located in the Kentron (“Center”) zone of Yerevan, right next to Republic Square, and it is open to our volunteers. Ready to lend a listening ear and helping hand to volunteers

Discover Armenia

Its thriving arts and culture scene offers the full range of concerts, festivals and more. From great jazz to world class symphony and ballet; from state-of-the-art technology to ancient archeological sites

Since 2001, AVC has welcomed 1,160+ volunteers from 55 different countries. Our participants, aged between 21 to 84, have moved mountains throughout Armenia. They discovered the country in a new way by immersing, sharing their time and skills, and creating lifelong memories. This video is about emotions, moments, respect, and care towards each other with our most welcoming host families and fantastic job site partners.

It doesn’t matter where you are from. Armenia is waiting for you!
