Oqni NGO is an Armenian non-profit NGO founded by an interdisciplinary team of both local Armenians and Diaspora from across the US, Canada, France, UK, and Germany. Their aim is to create a full cycle of next-generation prosthetics with integrated rehabilitation support, produced and fitted in Armenia – as to restore the capabilities of war victims and general amputees exempt of all cost. They are determined to make Armenia a hub of innovation and advance cutting-edge 3D-printed, AI-driven prosthetics via a collaborative R&D platform.
“ARVESTARAN” CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT CENTER
Arvestaran creates a safe and enabling environment, where disadvantaged groups and the wider community will build an inclusive and aware society. The Center supports people with autism and other developmental disorders of all ages to develop and advance their living, social, and self-advocacy skills. Arvestaran also works with young adults in especially difficult circumstances. Arvestaran provides the following range of services: consultancy and creative therapy services, such as art, music, dance, and crafts, educational services, such as pre-elementary training and vocational training, capacity building for sector specialists, Advocacy Hub.
Typical Volunteer Tasks: Most volunteers help develop curriculum and/or teach English to kids, teens, or youth with different disabilities and developmental disorders. In addition, volunteers help staff organize events and handle some administrative work, including writing emails to possible partners/donors.
RUSSIAN-ARMENIAN (SLAVONIC) UNIVERSITY
The Slavonic is a leading educational institutions in the South Caucasus, implementing a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in more than 70 fields under the joint authority of relevant regulating jurisdiction of Russian Federation and Republic of Armenia. Yerevan State University’s Center for Gender and Leadership Studies promotes gender equality and leadership in Armenian society. They provide comprehensive research, training, and outreach functions engaging Armenian higher education institutions, local NGOs, and international agencies, in training women for career promotion and professional leadership.
ARMATH ENGINEERING LABS
Armath Engineering Laboratories is an organization addressing the need for a workforce that is skilled in science, technology, engineering, and math, by teaching children as young as 10 how exciting and fun STEM can be. The goals are ambitious: stimulating technological education in Armenia; guiding the professional orientation of students towards innovation and STEM; improving the existing workforce with technical education; encouraging the expansion of the advanced technology sector; and solving a wide range of socio-economic issues linked to national security, economic development, and education.

Founded in 2003, Alliance Francaise Armenia is a non-profit association, a private institution of higher education, and a professional training organization, whose main mission is to promote the French language, French-speaking cultures, and cultural diversity through language courses and various cultural events.

The American University of Armenia (AUA) is a private institution of higher learning, offering a global education in Armenia. The Department of Open Education serves as the University’s principal interface with the community. TUMO CENTER FOR CREATIVE TECHNOLOGIES
TUMO is an innovative, open-media studio. It is equipped with state-of-the-art digital technology and staffed by educators and media professionals. TUMO is a new kind of after-school learning environment, where thousands of students aged 12-18 are in charge of their own learning. It’s hands-on, and it’s fun. Any motivated teenager can become a member. Members advance through levels of knowledge and skill. They produce creative content and media applications. There are four TUMO centers in Armenia/Artsakh — Yerevan, Dilijan, Gyumri, and Stepanakert — and two international centers in Beirut and Paris.
MASIS YOUTH CENTER (MASIS DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION)
Masis is a small town in the Ararat Province of Armenia, 9 km southwest of Yerevan. Masis Youth Center is a unique facility set up to develop initiatives from young people in the town and to support existing and new projects. The Center aims to facilitate the all-round development of young people, broadening their horizons, drawing out their talents and abilities, encouraging civic engagement, and creating a culture of volunteering. The Center runs special interest activities related to English language, literature, seminars (on topics including IT, psychology, geography, etc.), and on the arts (such as theater, music, dance, etc.).
AYB EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION AND SCHOOL
Ayb Educational Foundation is a new learning environment, where national ideas provide inspiration for the development of unique educational technologies and the highest achievements of modern teaching are implemented to improve the competitiveness of Armenian education. MANANA YOUTH EDUCATIONAL CENTER
Manana is a center for children that runs 4 programs: Photojournalism, Animation, Filmmaking, and Journalism. The center creates literature, works of art, media, radio and television programs, films, and educational games for children. It strives to encourage creative, unprejudiced thinking and to promote professional and civic responsibility among youth while developing an active, free and creative, non-stereotypical way of thinking towards youth journalism.
